Red Dead Redemption
Hey guys, here's that post I promised, for this week. I recently started playing Red Dead Redemption, and so far I love it. There's something about the feel of slowing down time in order to shoot like a dead eye in the wild west. Amazing landscaped even for a game that's been around for four years. Let me talk a little bit about how it's been so far.
Game play
This game should be credited for the amount of work put into it. The game play is amazing, I can just imagine myself actually being in the wild west, shooting bandits from a horse carriage while still trying to steer. This game is literally like a movie for me, and I would recommend it for people who enjoy epic stories. It's one of those games that you just want to be a part of in real life.
Story
You grow up in a gang, following the only people who you call friends. You grow up, find a nice wife, and have some kids. You think that your past will never affect you now, that it has been too long. What do you do when federal agents show up, and threaten your family? You break out your guns, and hunt down the men who you once called friends. Wouldn't you if it meant finally burying your past and living without fear? Red Dead Redemption has compelling story and characters, and I can't wait to finish it.
Graphics and Sound
I have to say that graphics for a 2010 game aren't that bad. Voice acting is also really smooth and has me listening for whatever my next mission is. I honestly need to stop being addicted to League of Legends so that I can play more Red Dead Redemption. Keep checking for weekly posts, probably every Thursday or Friday.
